Transformer load tap changer (LTC) inspection and repair services
LTCs account for 25% of all transformer failures. In substations, the single largest maintenance item relates to problems with LTCs.

DYMAX service trucks are equipped with an extensive inventory of fasteners, fluid filtration pumping systems and oil totes to contain fluids. Should you need extensive repair or rebuilds, in many cases DYMAX can turn around parts within 24 hours, allowing for same-day repair during an outage.
We perform inspection checks on remaining contact life, positioning stops, test limit switch operation, mechanical stops and limits, and signs of arcing.
