PowerPro's duplicate furnaces allow continuous processing even if there is a loss of one unit. These low-emission, high-output furnaces achieve 1.3 million BTUs of indirect heat to provide quick and efficient heating without reaching temperatures that would scorch your transformer's oil.
 DYMAX high-efficiency vacuum pumps and blower systems produce 2,500 CFM (typical oil processing rigs produce only 1,200-1,500 CFM). Therefore, PowerPro can more quickly achieve the desired level of vacuum on your transformer and evacuate more moisture at a faster flow rate. If our rig temporarily loses power, automatic isolation valves protect your transformer's vacuum. These features deliver shorter outages and increase savings to you.
For vacuum services it is advantageous to position a vacuum system within 50 feet of the transformer. If rig access makes it difficult to achieve this, we'll remove and reposition our auxiliary vacuum system at the transformer.
DYMAX PowerPro oil processing rigs are capable of pumping 6-40 GPM. Under proper conditions these flow rates allow us to complete a project more efficiently and at a lower total cost than standard rigs.
Every PowerPro rig is equipped with in-line hygrometers to continually monitor moisture in the oil. Our on-board laboratory provides a full battery of tests on your oil including Karl Fisher (moisture), dielectric, IFT, acid and color.
PowerPro comes complete with low emissions 75 KW hush generators. There's no need for you to supply power or be concerned with noise problems.
